Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle manual therapy, enables working on the physical, emotional and spiritual level. Creating a safe healing space of profound stillness and relaxation. Creating this safe space encourages changes and healing to happen. While always listening to what the body needs. Each session is a unique encounter.

Cupping

Cupping Treatment technique is based in traditional Medicine that uses cups to create suction allowing the opening of tissues in the body helping to activate the lymphatic system. promote blood circulation and deep tissue repair. Cupping removes stagnation and lactic acid from the muscles helping to soothe muscles soreness, stiffness.

 Firstly I have to say, that Alyssa brings a tender and warm touch right away to the massage table. I went in for more of deep tissue style massage, and from there I already felt most of the troubles go away. I've been dealing with a severe back pain from a herniated disc, and with Alyssa's work the symptoms have diminished to a bearable relief, which I haven't felt since the last shot of the epidural injection. She is someone who I will most definitely be coming back for pain relief
